Lucasi Lifetime Warranty

Lucasi cues are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the cue, including warpage, provided that your cue is accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized Lucasi dealer. BilliardWarehouse.com is an authorized Lucasi dealer.

Normal wear on replaceable parts such as tips, finish, and wraps are not covered. Lucasi does not warrant its product against damage caused by third parties, and may void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling. Cues covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced with the same model or one of equal value at no charge. This warranty is non-transferable.

Lucasi Custom Cues combines fine craftsmanship and quality touches with the high-performance features you need to play a better game of pool. Each shaft is made from premium grade 100% North American Hard Rock Maple, aged and dried for 18 to 24 months in specially-designed moisture-controlled rooms. During drying, the wood is turned and rested more than 11 times to ensure the proper moisture level, then treated with a patented wood stabilizer to protect against warping for the cue's lifetime.
