Jerry Pechauer owns his own forest and hand picks all of the woods used in his cues, drying them in his own kiln to ensure quality throughout construction. Every component — joint pins, collars, brass inserts, ferrules, weight bolts, butt plates and inlays — is crafted entirely in house. Pechauer cues are produced in smaller quantities, creating higher demand and increasing their long-term value. Exotic materials further distinguish each cue as a true collector’s instrument.

Pechauer Limited Lifetime Warranty

J. Pechauer Custom Cues warrants all pool cues purchased after January 1st, 2006 from an authorized dealer to be free from manufacturer defect in materials, workmanship, and warpage for the lifetime of the cue. Pechauer will repair or replace the cue at no charge (excluding shipping) under the following conditions:

1. This warranty is extended exclusively to the original owner and is not transferable.
2. Warranty does not cover abuse, improper storage, alteration, or mishandling.
3. Customer must call in advance for a return authorization number.
4. A copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized dealer must be included.
5. This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear items such as tips, wraps and finish.
