Universal Billiards Pool Cue with an ebony forearm with four exotic thuya burl points outlined in ebony and micarta. There are pearl, micarta and ebony inlays in each point.   The butt is ebony with pearl, micarta and ebony inlays inside of exotic thuya burl windows surrounded by ebony and micarta.  The wrap solid black Irish Linen. There are five sets of thuya burl dot rings with micarta dashes set in black phenolic.   The joint collar is stainless steel over phenolic and wood with the Uniloc quick release pin.
